Palme is an executive of the entertainment industry with 12+ years of experience leading projects involving multi-format content, technology and streaming; as well as entrepreneur, professor, mentor and columnist. In recent years, he has led projects that add up to more than 10,000 hours of audio content, including audiobooks, podcasts and audioseries.

Led projects such as the 1st ebook of a reality show in Brazil with SBT and a project which created a wi-fi to distribute stories to read and listen to more than 100k people in the Brazilian Book Fair.

Led the creation of the first influencer's hub specialized in books in Brazil. Was the first Latin guest ambassador of the Business Club at the Frankfurt Fair, the largest book fair in the world.

Responsible for implementing Storytel in Brazil and act as the Brazil's General Director, leading local and global projects, such as the production of Harry Potter's saga in audio, in addition to Original series.

In 2021 created with E.B.A.C an online course to develop professionals in the audio entertainment industry.

As of August 2022, assumed the position of CMCO - Chief Marketing & Content Officer at Skeelo, the largest multi-format digital reading platform in Brazil, being responsible for the company's marketing and content teams and strategy.
